With an unwavering commitment and an unshakable belief in the power of God's Word, Pastor and First Lady Dorsey empower individuals to overcome obstacles, build strong relationships, and create lasting families and legacies.
Pastor Dorsey has spent over 20 years as the Senior Pastor of Revival Fellowship Church located in New Castle, DE. Also, he spent over 20 years serving in the corporate world of Finance and Business. His dedication to God’s house prepared him to be ordained, anointed, and mentored to receive the mantle of the supernatural power of God. This includes the manifestation of miracles, signs, and wonders from its Founder - Apostle W. W. Koonce, then Apostle Frederick K. C. Price, and Apostle I. V. Hilliard, and other wise and anointed Men of God. This heart of service and faith in God, are the key ingredients he pushes to instill in the lives of others who desire to be used by God and to be victorious in the world today.

They have been married for over 32 years and have loved and enjoyed serving the community and members of Revival Fellowship Church, and the Nations of the World; with many victories and successes, to which they give God all the glory and honor. Apostle W. W. Koonce, a man of unwavering faith and resolute determination, left an indelible mark on the world through his profound impact on the lives of countless individuals.
FROM THE BATTLEFIELD TO THE PULPIT
Born on May 10, 1919, in the humble town of Kinston, North Carolina, he would grow to become a beacon of hope and a living testament to the power of God's grace.
Apostle Koonce's journey of service and devotion began with his service in the US Air Force during his younger years. As a sergeant, he displayed immense bravery and selflessness when he risked his own life to save his comrades and protect an entire base from the ravages of a devastating fire. In the face of danger, That’s what Apostle Koonce demonstrated his unwavering commitment to others, an embodiment of the sacrificial love taught by his Savior.
It was during his time in college that Apostle Koonce experienced a life-altering event. He encountered the love of his life, Theresa E. Lowery, and their union would bless the world with six extraordinary children. However, their story took a miraculous turn when Apostle Koonce found himself facing a terminal illness. In the depths of despair, he turned to God and experienced a remarkable healing that defied all medical expectations. This profound encounter deepened his faith and ignited a fervent desire to share the message of God's healing and salvation with the world.
BUILDING GOD’S KINGDOM
With an unwavering conviction and an astonishing visionary experience, Apostle Koonce founded Revival Fellowship Church. This humble beginning would lay the foundation for a movement that would touch countless lives and inspire the establishment of more than 16 churches across the United States. Apostle Koonce's ministry transcended borders as he traveled to foreign nations, carrying the Gospel of salvation, healing, and the power of the Holy Spirit to thousands of souls hungry for hope.
Beyond the pulpit, Apostle Koonce was a man of action, a true philanthropist who dedicated his resources to transforming lives. Schools and orphanages blossomed in distant corners of Africa, India, and Asia, bringing education and care to those in need. Apostle Koonce's heart for the marginalized and the intellectually disheartened led him to sponsor hundreds of missionaries and support initiatives that combated ignorance and hopelessness.
A LEGACY OF HEALING & MIRACLES
If anyone came to Revival Fellowship Church, there was one thing that you were sure to see; miracles, signs, and wonders. Apostle Koonce was known by all to operate under the anointing of God and flow in the supernatural gift of healing. From tumors falling off of bodies to blinded eyes being open, there wasn’t any question that healing was available to those who believed. Under the mentorship of A.A. Allen, Apostle Koonce expanded his own church ministry impact by holding tent revivals bringing hundreds of people from around Delaware, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and surrounding areas night to night. This was miraculous power that was the culture at Revival Fellowship Church through the 80’s and 90’s.
Those who had the privilege of knowing Apostle Koonce described him as highly independent, a man of principled faith, and unwavering resolve. To encounter him was to witness the evidence of God's grace and presence radiating from his very being. Apostle Koonce's life serves as a powerful reminder that through faith, miracles can happen, lives can be transformed, and the love of God can shine through the darkest moments.
